pop up cat event rules

Please read thoroughly these rules before entering, so your stay is safe and pleasant for you and our cats. We require all participants to comply with the following rules to help protect humans and animals. Feel free to ask us any questions you may have.

Anyone who enters the space does so on their own responsibility and risk, taking into account that cats are present.

Entrance can be dangerous for allergic people and children.

Minors under 21 must be accompanied by at least one adult for every minor. The accompanying adult is fully responsible for the behavior of the minors. Minors are allowed to move within the space space but always under adult supervision.

Reservations will be held 15 minutes after the reserved time. After this time, they will be canceled without refund. 

It is prohibited to enter the space with your own cat or any other animal.

Please respect that for the cats this is their temporary home where the people are the guests. Consider the cats’ character and current mood when interacting with them and rather than forcing them into interaction, wait for them to choose to interact with you. Some examples of undesired interaction are:

• Loud noises
• Aggressive behavior
• Holding/picking up the cats without prior staff’s approval or restraining them at any moment. 
• Feeding the cats without staff’s approval (including food provided for them)

When taking pictures, please avoid flash to protect the cats’ sensitive eyes.

Be careful when opening and closing the door.

If you see (or smell) something you don’t like, let the staff know. If you tell us, we can do our best to fix it and make your stay at the premises as pleasant as possible. In case of any accident (scratch, bite) contact the staff immediately.
